Our retreats are open to women veterinarians who work predominantly with food animals and horses. Some special topic retreats may be open to veterinary technicians and practice managers.

Each retreat offers 8 hours of RACE-approved continuing education in a classroom setting +/- hands on labs (exact number varies by event). Topics range from large animal internal medicine, surgery, preventive health, practice management to wellness.

Your registration includes:
All CE sessions
Printed and/or digital notes and materials
Access to the retreat community for networking before and after the event
Lodging includes meals. Please check the specific retreat details for activity options.

We keep our retreats small — usually 25-35 participants — to foster genuine connections and personalized learning.
