Added days before or after the event are subject to availability.
Lodging includes accommodations, three meals per day and horseback riding. Other activities (see ranch website for full list), spa services, alcohol purchases, taxes and gratuities are not included. Riding is NOT available on Sundays.
Registration fee and room deposit are non-refundable. To secure rooms and lock in a price the organizers guarantee to pay for rooms even if they are not filled. We will only refund if the entire event is cancelled or we can fill your spot.
Airport Transportation: The ranch is approximately a 40-minute drive from the Tucson airport. The ranch offers a shuttle with a fee of $25 one way. Attendees will pay the ranch directly. Shuttle pick up/drop off times will be determined after flight information has been provided to the ranch.
