To secure rooms and lock in a price the organizers guarantee to pay for rooms even if they are not filled. We will only refund if the entire event is cancelled or we can fill your spot. If cancellation occurs within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
Airport Transportation: Tucson airport is an approximately 40-minute drive from the ranch. The ranch offers a shuttle with a fee of $25 one way.
