Registration fee and room deposit are non-refundable. To secure rooms and lock in a price the organizers guarantee to pay for rooms even if they are not filled. We will only refund if the entire event is cancelled or we can fill your spot. If cancellation occurs within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
Airport transportation: Airport transfers from the Tucson International Airport are available for an additional charge. Participants will pay the ranch directly for round-trip transportation from the Tucson International Airport. Shuttle pick up/drop off times will be determined after flight information has been provided to Rancho de la Osa.
