  • Includes registration for 8 hours of RACE approved CE, 3 nights lodging, fees and taxes.

  • Added days before or after the event are subject to availability. 

  • Lodging includes accommodations, three meals per day and all activities (horseback riding, sport shooting, archery, and guided hiking).  Alcohol purchases, taxes and extra gratuities are not included.

  • Registration fee and room deposit are non-refundable.  To secure rooms and lock in a price the organizers guarantee to pay for rooms even if they are not filled.  We will only refund if the entire event is cancelled or we can fill your spot. 

  • Airport transportation: The ranch is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the Tucson airport. Airport transfers from the Tucson International Airport are available for an additional charge. Participants will pay the ranch directly for round-trip transportation from the Tucson International Airport. Shuttle pick up/drop off times will be determined after flight information has been provided to Rancho de la Osa.
