  • Includes registration for 8 hours of RACE approved CE, 3 nights lodging, fees and taxes.

  • Limited single rooms available.  Most accommodations are cabins.  Cabins have one bathroom. 

  • Added days before the event are subject to availability.  The ranch is closed Saturday night and Sunday.

  • Lodging Includes accommodations, three meals per day and all activities (horseback riding, UTV tours, archery, shooting, hiking, fishing).  

  • Registration fee and room deposit are non-refundable.  To secure rooms and lock in a price the organizers guarantee to pay for rooms even if they are not filled.  We will only refund if the entire event is cancelled or we can fill your spot. 

  • This is a remote location and transportation will not be provided.  Great Falls airport is about 1 hour 45 minutes from the ranch and Billings and Bozeman are about 3 hours away.  Rental cars are available at all airports. We will facilitate sharing vehicle rental. There is no cell service at the ranch but there is free WIFI so WIFI calling is available.
